She can't force you to work. Of course if there was no proof that you were supposed to work until 7:00 not much can be done about it. If I were you I probably would have worked until I thought my shift was up. Anyway you should tell her to ask beforehand. A schedule is a schedule and people plan around their schedules. If someone decides to change the schedule the day-of without talking to you you should not have to take it.
