*cough cough*

Hey, everybody. Sorry about the random disappearance of me again. This time I got sick. Really sick, apparently. I was told to stay on my couch and watch football all day sunday with my family... Ugh. Football.

But later on my girlfriend came over and she helped make me feel better with a little massage. And her presence made me feel a ton better. As soon as she left, I started coughing out my lungs... So hard, I almost vomited a few times. I haven't vomitted since the 8th grade. Thats about... 6 years.

So I'm back. A little throat irritation and a small cough, but I'm good to go. Yay me...

OH! So I posted my newest picture, "Groovy Baby" awhile ago. I believe it has to be one of the most carefully drawn, colored, and shaded pictures I've ever done. Yet I have no comments on it. NONE. Why is that, folks? C'mon. I want some feedback. Don't be shy cuz of her SMEXY-NESS. Hahaha I kid. But seriously. I'm tracing another picture onto Flash, and am getting ready to do the finishing touches on it. BUT I NEED YOUR ADVICE FIRST.

Thank you for your time. Please enjoy this picture I drew of a catgirl. Part of a "what if" segment I've started. This time its, "What if you walked in your room and found a catgirl?" CERTAIN DETAILS LEFT OUT OF THE PICTURE.

*cough cough*

Comments

Here are some things you MUST eat to make you feel better.
________________
Things you should eat / drink often.
Soy - whether it be soy milk, tofu, or miso...soy is an "Anti-Inflammatory" and will help clear mucus and boost your immunity.
Leeks / Onions / Garlic - anything in the Alliaceae family, these potent veggies are packed full of vitamins and natural antioxidants to aid in a flu.
Chicken Soup - Somehow the protein and fat in chicken responds nicely to replacing the lipids that protect damaged blood cells.
Meat - Eat LOTS of MEAT! Protein aids in giving you strength and energy to recover.
Prune Juice - Drink every mourning to flush your system so you can start fresh each morning to absorb 'clean' nutrients. Allot of the cold viruses are flushed out from peristalsis.
Broccoli - has been known to carry a certain antioxidant called "glutathione" which has been known to help make more White blood cells.

Flu Fighting Chili
Eating chili can help prevent colds and the flu if you make it with the right ingredients Eating chili is a delicious way to warm up after a winter run -- and it can also help prevent colds and the flu if you make it with the right ingredients. The following recipe, courtesy of Wake Forest University's Mara Vitolins, contains an arsenal of immunity-boosters.All of the vegetables (including the onions and garlic) offer immunity-boosting phytochemicals, but the tomatoes are particularly powerful. In addition to the phytochemical lycopene, tomatoes contain potassium and vitamins A and C. The tofu and beans supply an immunity-boosting isoflavone called daidzein, and the hot sauce will open up your nasal passages if you're congested.
1 whole onion, chopped
1 whole sweet green pepper chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon soybean or olive oil
1 16-oz package extra-firm tofu, drained and crumbled
1 1/2 cans (19 ounces) kidney, pinto, or white beans
1 28-oz can stewed tomatoes
3 medium carrots, sliced
2 tablespoons mild chili powder
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon hot sauce
add salt and pepper to taste
Sauté the onion, pepper and garlic in the oil over medium heat. Add the tofu and sauté until crisp and lightly browned (about 10 minutes). Add the beans, stewed tomatoes, carrots, chili powder, cumin, hot sauce, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 50 to 60 minutes

Take care...your on your own so no one is there to care for you.
It's hard...
But eat well, sleep well, and watch allot of movies
And you'll recover.

Actually, I had my dad's homemade chicken noodle soup. It had a ton of the ingredients you listed. I felt like a beast after I had a bowl or two. I eventually crashed, but I felt good for an hour or two. But thanks for looking out for me!

Whoa....
that was a lot to read.
NOW! I hate being sick. One time, i got broncculitus (spelled wrong :c) and i had asthma...... soo... the broncculitus went down into my lungs i had a 2 week coughin fit. I couldn't sleep because i was too busy coughing. And when i did fall asleep, my family would have to stay awake because i would wake them up.
It got to the point where my family got ear plugs and i had to take this HARD CORE sleeping syrup. Like the syrup knock me out with in the 10 mins i took it.

it was a hard time :c

nice picture.... but i am pretty sure i would see a DOG in my room... not a cat girl>.>
and does she HAVE to be naked??
...

oh, and how FFF going?

When I lived in Atlanta, Georgia about 15 years ago, I horrible bronchitus (I'm not even sure if I spelled it right... Too sick to look it up...) all the time. I missed so much school. BUT because I was exposed to all that crap, my immune system is a BEAST. I get sick about once a year, for about two days at the most. And its only a cough, sore throat, and maybe a headache.

No, she doesn't have to be naked. But I thought it would be funny cuz I've always wanted to draw the nosebleed pose thingy. Hmmm... A dog, huh? Hm...

i hate being sick, but honestly, i dont mind. sure i felt like a dying camel when i got the flu, but i got out of school for a few days and spent my time doing more productive things, like drawing and writing.

i agree with you on the football topic....that's like torture to me.

you got better right? i would assume that's why you've typed this.

Yeah, I'm better. Thanks a ton for asking. I went to school today, but I knew I couldn't sit through almost 4 hours of geology, so I went home after my theater arts class. We had a test, so I got out really early.

And yeah, I'm not a big fan of football. I'm the guy that likes to go out and play the sport. I don't watch sports and I don't play sports games. If I want to play sports, I go out and PLAY the sport.
